Activate Your Dreams (Lisa) Terms and Conditions

No refunds will be issued for any reason. FINANCIAL COMMITMENT: By signing this agreement, you commit to paying $697 per month for a four-month term. Payments will be automatically processed on a recurring monthly basis unless an alternative payment schedule is agreed upon in writing by both parties. You understand that enrollment in this program requires full financial responsibility for all four months, regardless of participation, completion, or continued use of services. THIS PROGRAM INCLUDES: 7 x 30-minute private coaching sessions 5 x 60-minute private coaching sessions Daily exercises & weekly 1-hour learning modules in the Positive Intelligence ® app (these will be available throughout the program, and are a requirement for the 1st 7 weeks) A full-year of access to the Positive Intelligence ® app Your first session must be scheduled and completed within 6 weeks of signing this agreement. You have 5 months from your initial session to complete all coaching sessions. RESCHEDULING & MISSED SESSIONS If you are late to a session, your coach will wait 10 minutes. After that, it will be considered a missed session and will not be rescheduled. 24-hour notice is required for rescheduling (more is preferred). Missed sessions without notice will be forfeited and will not be refunded or rescheduled. If the Coach needs to reschedule, they will provide as much notice as possible and offer an alternative date. COMMUNICATION & AVAILABILITY Sessions are subject to Coach’s availability. You may set a recurring time or schedule as needed through the booking link. The Coach will respond to Telegram messages within 48 hours and emails within 72 hours, except in rare cases, which will be communicated in advance. CANCELLATION BY COACH The Coach reserves the right to terminate this agreement early. If this occurs, a prorated refund will be issued. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT By signing below, you acknowledge that: ✔ You have read and agree to the terms outlined above. ✔ You understand this is a binding financial commitment. ✔ You understand that results are not guaranteed and depend on your effort and participation.
